Netscape Browser

The Netscape Browser ends the desktop clutter by opening multiple web pages in a single window. This frees up desktop space as multiple websites open in a series of tabs that you can easily switch back and forth between. It also conserves system resources by only having one Netscape Browser window open.

Netscape Browser - Overview

Netscape's new Site Controls let you choose how much you trust a web page and will automatically set your security settings for future visits to that site. The new MultiBar condenses multiple toolbars into single customizable buttons to further reduce page clutter. With Live Content, users can view various headlines in a small browser window and then expand it to get the full story without visiting multiple sites.

Note: Official support for the Netscape Browser ended on 1 March 2008. However, the Netscape Archive contains all Netscape Browser releases for Windows, Mac and Linux available for you to download. Be sure to grab the latest version of Netscape, or you can simply download the Firefox Browser instead.
